Bulgarian Coworker (BC, also...read w/ KGB accent for full effect): "Is that a Palm III you're using?"

Yours Truly (YT): Yep.

BC: What, four meg of memory?

YT: uhhh. Two.

BC: Why don't you have something newer?

YT: This meets all my needs. If it ever craps out then I guess I'll have to upgrade.

BC: I have a Palm V at home in a drawer. You can have it if you'll use it.

YT: Well, what's it worth? Maybe I'll buy it from you.

BC: No, really. It's just sitting in my drawer, unused for more than a year. You can have it.

So I've upgraded! Rechargable battery! Higher resolution screen! Eight whole megabytes of memory! Oh, these are heady things indeed.
